More clients opt for the Trax bureau & outsourcing Services

Since our last newsletter a number of leading blue chip companies and organisations including L’Oreal, BT, O2, Dfes, Mid Essex NHS Trust and the Hospitality Awarding Body have opted to use, or are using, our Trax Bureau and Outsourcing services. If you need to carry out surveys, tests or examinations urgently but your time schedule is extremely tight, or you lack the manpower requirements then, as the originators of Print & Scan, Trax UK are in an ideal position to undertake bureau service functions. Our work practice includes attention to detail such as making the form attractive, by the use of graphics, and easy to use by respondees, as well as questioning any details that have not been clearly defined. Scanning and analysis may also be included in the service. Both Access and Excel files can be prepared for users who wish to undertake their own-in-depth comparisons of the data set or, alternatively, graphical and report formats can be generated and supplied from within the system.

We are also able to offer data capture services on forms that cannot be read, in their current format, by OMR/ICR machines, whereby data is transferred by either keyboard entry or by simple transposition onto machine readable forms. Thus the format in which you can send your current forms back to us becomes irrelevant.

The most critical part of the equation is always costs and we believe that beside offering a first class service our costs are highly competitive with sample costings for the production, data capture and reporting facilities on surveys for colleges working out at less than 20pence per student for 5000 forms.

We can tailor our services to suit individual users, whereby we can just supply the printed forms or undertake the form design and scanning as well, whilst the client can use the Print & Scan software to do their own analysis.
